The original or photograph of the proof of purchase must be issued in the Philippines and presented together with the product when seeking repair service.

Online warranty registration is valid only in respect of Jabra products purchased in the Philippines and through Jabra Authorized resellers locally with supporting documents such as proof of purchase. Otherwise, the warranty is considered invalid.

No warranty service for parallel imported product.

This warranty is not transferable or assignable to subsequent customer or purchase.

Yes, I agree to the Terms and Conditions . 1. A limited one-year warranty applies to all Jabra mobile products purchased from an authorized reseller in Philippines.
2. A limited two-year or three-year warranty applies to selected Jabra audio products against failure from sweat.
3. WSI Technical Center (WSITC) reserves the right to void the warranty if the proof of purchase provided is unclear or if the product registration information entered is incorrect.
4. The product is fully warranted against any defects in workmanship and material for twelve (12) months for Jabra from the date of purchase stated in the receipt and warranty certification unless otherwise stated.
5. This warranty is not transferable and applicable to purchases made in the PHILIPPINES only.
6. The original or photograph of the proof of purchase must be presented together with the faulty product when seeking repair.
7. The limited warranty is invalid if:
-Defects and damages are due to misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse or usage other than the normal and customary manner;
-The product is modified, disassembled, tempered or attempted repair by any person other than the authorized distributor which is authorized to do warranty work.
-The Warranty Certificate is altered, defaced or does not contain the official stamp of the Authorized Distributor/Dealer.
-Warranty void if serial number label removed or tempered with on headset.
8. All warranty Terms and Conditions or information stated herein are subject to changes without prior notice.
9. Applicable for products purchased from authorised dealers in the Philippines only.
10. Valid for Philippines local limited warranty only.
